Salon Policies

Correction Policy: We want our clients to be happy and satisfied with their services. If you are ever dissatisfied with any service in the salon we will gladly make the corrections necessary to exceed your expectations within (5) days of the original service*. If you are unhappy with your service, please let us know so we can make it right. Our goal is to ensure each service and visit meets your satisfaction.

Appointments: We do operate on a “walk-in” system. But we do encourage our clients to book appointments a few days in advance – in order for us to meet your busy schedule accordingly.

Late Arrivals: Appointments will be held for 10 min., after this grace period the appointment may be given away. Please call us at least an hour in advance if you will be arriving late. If you want to cancel or reschedule, we would appreciate as much advance notice as possible so we can take care of other customers!

Gift cards are non-refundable or exchangeable at any time. Gift cards are non-redeemable if lost or stolen.

*Our Correction Policy applies only to full sets from Lavish Nails. If you received a service from another salon previously, we may suggest a new set. This is due to the fact that we cannot guarantee the work of another salon or the quality of their products used. Our guarantee is that you will always receive high quality products and service at Tiffany Nails.
